The Ing Collective is a family-run business with over 30 years of experience in the real estate world. Based in Guelph, our family has deep roots in the community. Lynda and David raised their three daughters—Madison, Jasmine, and Courtney—right here, and over the years, we’ve built a genuine love for the city and the people who call it home.

What started as a passion for helping others navigate real estate has grown into a multi-generational commitment to doing things differently—with heart, honesty, and a whole lot of care.
